Ground Rules For Meetings:
- Schedule interview sessions in advance along with agenda items so stakeholders know what to expect
- If you have documents or requirements that require review, send the documents at least 2 to 3 days in advance
Format For Interview Questions:
- Start with outlining current processes
- Identify the starting point (beginning trigger) for the process
- What happens next or what should happen next
- What happens next or what should happen next (I know this is repetitive but typically this will allow you to understand the entire process)
- What notifications are needed?
- Who should receive the notifications?
- Ask anything that doesn’t make sense on the process or outline
- How do you know you are with your responsibilities done or what’s the last step in the process?
