Over the past two decades, Sarabjit has built a distinguished reputation for excellence as a project manager, team leader, communicator, and mentor. She has consistently delivered executive-level coordination and execution, driving success for businesses and their customers.

Sarabjit has spearheaded the implementation of multibillion-dollar business systems and technology applications across healthcare, investment banking, and real estate industries, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to achieve transformative results.

As a dedicated mentor and coach within the business analyst community, Sarabjit actively supports aspiring professionals through her leadership of a Facebook group and YouTube channel tailored for business analysts. These platforms enable her to give back to the community, providing valuable guidance and resources to those pursuing careers in the field.

Sarabjit holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sacramento State University, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.

For the past five years, Sarabjit has worked closely with individuals, equipping them with the skills and tools necessary to transition into Business Analyst and Project Management roles.
